Questions
01What happens to my projects if I cancel Pro?+
Nothing is deleted. You keep editing every project, but you can't create new ones beyond the Free limit of 3, and Pro exports are locked again.
02Which file formats can I export?+
SVG and PNG templates (front and mirrored back), a .xmodel grid model with submodels, an Excel grid, and ordered coordinates as JSON. Free accounts get the front SVG and PNG.
03Are templates printed at the real size?+
Yes. SVG templates carry their width and height in millimetres, so printing or cutting at 100% gives you a 1:1 template.
04Can I pay yearly?+
Yes. Yearly is $90, which works out at two months free. Billing runs through Stripe and you can cancel at any time from Settings.
